Digital Pipeline [4] Youth is an immersive 11-week program that equips young people aged 18-30 with in-demand digital skills, AI expertise, and AODA compliance knowledge. The program involves a fully paid 7-week skills training and a 4-week placement in which participants will receive hands-on experience in the digital workforce. Our comprehensive curriculum, combined with personalized mental health support, sets you up for a successful digital career.

Participant Supports & Networking

We provide a range of support services to help participants achieve their career goals. Our mentorship program offers personalized guidance and support, while our networking events connect participants with industry professionals and employers. Our dedicated job coach and developer team provides individualized support and advocates for participants’ success.

Quaility Employment Opportunity (QEO)

Participants will engage in 30-hour weekly placements for 4 weeks, receiving minimum wage.

One-on-one meetings with job coaches to provide support and address any challenges.

Occupational Therapy (OT) Support

Customized support to address any physical or cognitive limitations and ensure a successful work experience.
