The Program Coordinator plays a key role in the successful implementation of the Digital Pipeline [4] Youth Employment Program by coordinating participant engagement, employment preparation activities, employer partnerships, program administration, data tracking, reporting requirements, and ongoing participant support to ensure positive employment outcomes.
This is an in-person position that requires regular on-site participation in program activities, participant support, employer engagement, workshops, meetings, and community-based programming.

Who We're Looking For
Post-secondary education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, lived experience, and work experience.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience coordinating programs, community initiatives, employment services, workforce development programs, youth programs, or related activities.
